Shipping policy

Sensory Play Store currently uses Australia Post for most deliveries to offer our customers reliable and cost effective shipping. Larger items are sent via courier and can not be delivered to PO Boxes.

Handling and Dispatch 

Orders are dispatched from our headquarters in Hobartville NSW within 3 business days, unless an item is out of stock. In the event an item is out of stock and coming back in stock it will be dispatched as soon as it is available. If we can not offer an item you will be contacted and offered an alternative or refund.

Tracking 

Once your order has been dispatched, you should receive an email with the tracking details.

Third Party Suppliers

Most of our products are stocked in our store / warehouse in Hobartville, NSW. In order to enhance our product range, we do have arrangements with a few suppliers for them to ship products directly to you. This includes our large bulky items. Tracking information is sent to us for these items and may not always get passed on to customers.Â
